Query User Utility, Displays the Logon Time for Windows 7 and Vista Users

If you left your computer idle for several hours and you want to know the login time. This simple command will show the exact time.

USERNAME              SESSIONNAME        ID  STATE   IDLE TIME  LOGON TIME >LA                  console             1  Active      14:12  10/27/2009 1:19 PM

This small utility displays information about users logged into the system.

How to use the program:

Open the command prompt and type “quser”

For more information use the command with the help parameter.

“quser /?”

C:\Users\Ilao>quser /? Display information about users logged on to the system. QUERY USER [username | sessionname | sessionid] [/SERVER:servername]   username            Identifies the username.   sessionname         Identifies the session named sessionname.   sessionid           Identifies the session with ID sessionid.   /SERVER:servername  The server to be queried (default is current).
